Returns Policy

Shop with confidence at oFashion, changing your mind is not a issue as you will receive a full refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase in any way, you can return all full priced items within 30 days [of delivery] for a full refund. All products must be in Unworn, undamaged, unmarked, unwashed and unused with the original tags still attached in the original packaging which must be in the original condition. We must be contacted within 14 days of receiving your item. Return postage costs apply.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the policy has not been adhered to. Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, we require notification as soon as possible so the order placed is not dispatched. Contact: Support@ofashion.com.au. If dispatch has occurred prior to cancellation, shipping and handling costs and any other additional charges are non-refundable.
Damaged Goods

We recommend you thoroughly inspect your goods for faults / defects. If you notice any damage or defects, please notify the oFashion immediately. Support@ofashion.com.au within 14 days of receiving delivery to notify us of your intent to return your product. oFashion will pay for all shipping and handling of products that unfortunately arrive damaged.

Please note that we'll need a photo or two showing the defect/fault, which will speed up the return process for you.

The above return and exchange policy is in addition to the statutory rights to which you may be entitled under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.

Returning your item

Returns are easy - Follow the steps below it's as easy as 1, 2, 3

Notify our oFashion customer service team via email to arrange the return. We will require the following details: the reason why you are returning you item as well as your name, invoice number, address, phone number and email address so we can verify your account and order.

  1. If there is a fault with the item please also take a couple of pictures to verify where the faults are located. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be returned in good condition, to ensure full credit.
  2. Once the fault and necessary details have been verified and processed we will email you back a return consignment label with instructions on how to return the item. Note: return postage charges may apply if it is not a faulty item.
  3. Print the shipping label and attach it to the parcel. Drop it off at any Australia Post office, or if it's small enough you can put it in a post box. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving the return at our warehouse. You'll receive a confirmation email once your refund or exchange is done!
Exchanges
To exchange your item for a different size or color, please follow the return procedure.
Note: The item must be unworn, undamaged, unmarked, unwashed and unused and have the original tags still attached in its original packaging / return and delivery charges will apply.
Payment Refund

Here's how we refund - if you paid via: Credit Card or PayPal: Your refund will be credited into the same account your payment came from.

We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving the returned goods at our warehouse. Please remember, your financial institution can take an extra few days to get the refund back into your account.
