WE OFFER FREE DELIVERY

  • We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible. All items are dispatched same day or the next business day, depending on what time you place your order. Deliveries of items purchased from oFashion are between the hours of 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
  • To guarantee delivery it is best to send your item to a location where someone will be present to receive it
  • During public holidays and or peak periods please allow an extra 3 - 5 business days for deliveries.
  • When entering your details ensure that they are correct and accurate. Please check names, address and phone numbers as we will not be liable for delays caused by errors.   • We use a varieties trusted delivery companies such as Australia Post, Couriers Please and Fastway. Our logistics system is designed for fast dispatch, safe shipping and tracking.
  • We are in the process of working on weekend and afterhours deliveries to create more convenient delivery times and hope to install this procedure in the near future.
  • If in stock, goods are dispatched the following business day after your order is processed. Transit guidelines from time of dispatch are as follows;

Sydney Metro Area: If orders are placed before 9pm on a business day, delivery will occur within 1 - 4 working business days working business days. However if your order is placed after 9pm on a normal business day, delivery will occur within 2 - 5 working business days.

Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth: If orders are placed before 9pm on a normal business day, delivery will occur within 1 - 4 working business days he following day.

Rest of Australia :If orders are placed before 9pm on a normal business day, delivery will occur within 3 - 7 working business days.

  • oFashion buys direct from manufacturers and distributors in Australia on an commercial arrangements.
  • In rare circumstances, manufacturers and distributors may be out of stock due to a third party order being processed at the time of your order. If this is the case, a member of the oFashion team will call and/or email to notify you of any possible delay in dispatch. We will endeavor to fill your order as soon as possible, which may mean suggesting an alternative item or in some cases a refund.
  • oFashion is covered by transit insurance and at no charge to you, you will have peace of mind, that in the unlikely event something is damaged or goes missing, you will be offered a replacement.

TRACKING AN ORDER

You will receive a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order leaves the warehouse ;containing a consignment number/track ID. Simply enter this onto your delivery company’s respective websites to track the delivery of your order.

IF YOU LOSE YOUR TRACKING DETAILS
  • If you lose your tracking number, simply log in to your account, select the order, and click on the 'tracking number' link under the order summary box. You will be directed to the courier company html where you can view the status of your order.

CHANGE OF DELIVERY ADDRESS
  • If you change your delivery address please, email Support@oFashion.com.au as soon as possible so we can amend your details straight away for fast shipment.
  • If it has already been dispatched we will Endeavour to get it redelivered, however additional charges will apply and delivery time is not guaranteed.
ACCEPTANCE OF DELIVERY
  • Your order will be delivered between 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday. A signature is required on acceptance of your delivery. If you're not home when it arrives, the driver will leave a delivery card notifying you of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.
  • Follow the instructions on the card left by the courier to arrange a redelivery of your order. If you would like to specify a safe place or a particular neighbor for your parcel to be left with, you may add these instructions in the space provided on the checkout page.
